How Forgiveness+ uses cookies and similar technologies on forgiveness.plus. This policy complements our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, and SDKs. We refer to all of them as cookies.
2. Categories we use
Strictly necessary. Required for the Site to work: cart contents, login sessions, checkout security, load balancing, and fraud prevention. These cannot be switched off.
Functional. Remember your preferences, such as saved size selections or audio settings. On by default, and you can disable them.
Analytics. Help us understand how the Site is used, including pages visited, time on page, and errors. Used only with your consent where the law requires it.
Marketing. Used to measure campaigns and, if you opt in, to send relevant messages. Used only with your consent.
3. Managing cookies
On your first visit you'll see a banner where you can accept or decline non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time through the Cookie Preferences link in the footer. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies, though blocking strictly necessary cookies may break checkout and account features.
4. Third-party cookies
Third parties permitted to set cookies include our analytics provider, our payment processor for fraud screening during checkout, and our email platform. Each processes data under its own privacy policy, linked from the consent banner.
5. Global Privacy Control
We honor Global Privacy Control signals as a withdrawal of marketing consent where the law requires it.

Cookies set by other companies
Checkout happens somewhere else.
When you buy a program or join a list, that checkout or form is operated by Flodesk on its own domain, and Flodesk sets its own cookies there under its own policies. The same applies to our print partners, to Amazon when you buy a book, and to The Trigger Tracker App and The Cortisol Cleanse, which are separate sites.
On forgiveness.plus itself we set no advertising or tracking cookies. Some tools remember your entries in your browser's own storage, which never leaves your device and which clearing your browser data removes.
