Terms of Service

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use this Site, purchase products, or enroll in programs. By using the Site, you confirm that you’re 18 or older.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at checkout and when you contact us. Program emails are for the person who enrolled. Please don’t forward lessons to others.

Forgiveness+ provides educational and wellness-oriented content, including email programs, live sessions, challenges, free tools, books and journals, and guided audio (the "Services"). Our content is grounded in coaching, positive psychology, and self-directed reflection.

No professional advice. The Services are for educational and informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional psychological, psychiatric, medical, legal, or financial advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing on this Site creates a therapist-client, physician-patient, attorney-client, or coach-client relationship. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions about a medical or psychological condition, and never disregard or delay professional advice because of something you read here.

Voluntary participation. Your participation in any program, exercise, or practice is voluntary and at your own discretion. If any exercise feels unsafe or destabilizing, stop and consult a qualified professional.

Crisis resources. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, believe you may harm yourself or others, or require urgent medical attention, seek immediate professional help or call 911 in the U.S. You may also call or text the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or text HOME to 741741 for the Crisis Text Line.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, digital downloads, characters, curricula, frameworks, and software, is the property of katchimedia, llc or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

The FORGIVENESS+ name and logo, and the marks THE CORTISOL CLEANSE, THE TRIGGER TRACKER, SHOWING YOURSELF GRACE, GRACE NOT GRIND, THE GRACE COMPASS, LOVING ME WITH GRACE, WHERE GRACE MEETS GROWTH, and THE GRACEOS, are trademarks of katchimedia, llc.

Our proprietary methodologies, frameworks, characters, and curriculum (the "Forgiveness+ Methodologies") are protected trade secrets. You may not use them for any commercial purpose or create derivative works based on them.

Purchases grant a limited license only. See the Digital Product License Agreement, incorporated by reference in Section 10.

Copyright notices. katchimedia, llc respects intellectual property rights and expects the same from everyone using Forgiveness+. We follow the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), a law that sets out how copyright owners report copying online and how websites respond. If you believe something on the Site copies your work without permission, send a written notice to our designated copyright agent at copyright@forgiveness.plus with the subject line "DMCA Notice." Include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material, and the web address (URL) where you found it.
4. Your contact information.
5. A statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

If we removed something of yours and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. Include:

1. Your name, address, phone, and email.
2. What was removed and where it appeared.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief that the removal was a mistake.
4. Consent to the jurisdiction of the courts for your address, or the Northern District of Georgia if you are in the U.S.

We end the participation of repeat infringers in our programs and live sessions.

Some questions are answered on our Community page, anonymously and in general terms, so others can find them. We never publish your name or details that identify you. By sending a question, you let us answer and publish it that way.

You agree not to use the Site to: harass, abuse, threaten, or defame others; violate any law or regulation; infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of Forgiveness+ or others; distribute malware or malicious code; scrape, harvest, or collect information about other users; forward program emails or share download links with people who haven’t bought them; misrepresent your identity or affiliation; or interfere with the Site's operation or connected networks. Community conduct standards are further defined in our Community Guidelines, incorporated by reference.

Pricing and payment. Prices are shown at checkout in USD. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, and all amounts are due at purchase unless stated otherwise. Flodesk runs our checkout and sends program emails for us, so a purchase there is also covered by Flodesk’s terms. Our print partners print and ship books and journals.

One-time payments. Purchases on forgiveness.plus are one-time payments. Where you choose to pay over time through Klarna, Afterpay, or Affirm, that arrangement is between you and that provider. Products sold on partner sites, including The Trigger Tracker App and The Cortisol Cleanse, follow the terms on those sites.

Sales tax. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout and are your responsibility.

Order accuracy. Print products are made to order, so please check your shipping address and what you’ve selected before you pay. Orders cannot be adjusted once in production.

Our Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases and is incorporated by reference. Nothing in that policy limits statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction.

The Site integrates with third-party services, which may include payment processors, print partners, email platforms, and video conferencing. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their terms and privacy policies govern your use of them. If live sessions are recorded, we disclose that before the session begins.

The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In everyday terms: we offer the Site and Services as they are, without promises beyond the ones we make in writing.

Results disclaimer. Testimonials reflect the unique experiences of those individuals. Results are not guaranteed and vary with effort, background, personal circumstances, and commitment. Completing a course, cleanse, or challenge, or reading a book, does not guarantee any specific professional or emotional outcome.

Your use of digital products is governed by the Digital Product License Agreement at forgiveness.plus/digital-product-license, incorporated by reference. If a digital file is in your cart at checkout, that Agreement is presented for your acceptance during checkout.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, katchimedia, llc and its owners, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including emotional distress, loss of business or opportunity, or failure to achieve psychological or professional outcomes, arising from your use of the Site or Services.

The most we’ll owe you for any claim, in total, is the amount you paid for the product or Service giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless katchimedia, llc from claims, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms or the law.

Informal resolution. Before initiating arbitration, contact us through the contact form at forgiveness.plus/contact and allow thirty (30) days for good-faith resolution.

Binding arbitration. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in Fulton County, Georgia, USA. To the extent required by those rules, Forgiveness+ pays all arbitration fees and costs exceeding the filing fee for individual claims under $75,000.

Class action waiver. Disputes are arbitrated individually only, not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. If this waiver is found unenforceable, the entire arbitration agreement is void.

Exceptions. Either party may bring a claim in small claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

We may end your access to a program or a live session, in our sole discretion, for violation of these Terms or the Community Guidelines, including conduct that undermines the safety of others. You may stop using the Site at any time. Provisions that should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute resolution, survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For important changes, we email customers and subscribers at least fourteen (14) days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Changes never alter the terms of something you bought before the change.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the consumer protection law of your jurisdiction mandatorily applies.

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in force. You may not assign your rights without our written consent. These Terms, our Community Guidelines, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Return Policy, and Digital Product License Agreement form the entire agreement between you and Forgiveness+ regarding the Site. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
