Digital Product License Agreement

Licensor: katchimedia, llc, 1201 W Peachtree St NW Ste 2625 PMB 95440, Atlanta, GA 30309, operating Forgiveness+.

Licensee: the individual or entity who purchased and accepted this Agreement.

Licensed product: the digital product, course, cleanse, reset, masterclass, or service named in your purchase confirmation, including all accompanying materials, workbooks, videos, and audio. This Agreement takes effect on the date of purchase.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Product for your personal, non-commercial, self-improvement and educational use.

The license is perpetual for e-books and downloadable PDFs; for programs delivered by email, the lessons you receive are yours to keep, and live sessions take place on their scheduled dates; and for products marked "lifetime access," for as long as the product remains available on the platform. If we discontinue a lifetime-access product, we give at least sixty (60) days' notice and a reasonable opportunity to download your materials in portable form. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

No commercial use. You may not use the Product, including its methodologies, frameworks, techniques, or content, for any commercial purpose. That includes teaching, coaching, or training others using its curriculum, structure, or content; reselling, leasing, renting, sublicensing, or distributing it in any format; and building commercial services, workshops, or training programs on it.

No sharing. You may not share, copy, reproduce, display, or distribute the Product or any part of it, including sharing login credentials, streaming access, or posting files to any website, cloud service, or platform.

No derivative works. You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Product.

The Product is the exclusive property of katchimedia, llc and is protected by copyright, trademark, and trade secret law. We retain all right, title, and interest, including the marks FORGIVENESS+, THE CORTISOL CLEANSE, THE CORTISOL TRIGGER TRACKER, SHOWING YOURSELF GRACE, GRACE NOT GRIND, THE GRACE COMPASS, and WHERE GRACE MEETS GROWTH. Nothing here transfers title or intellectual property rights.

This Agreement is governed by Georgia law. Disputes are resolved under the dispute resolution provisions of the Forgiveness+ Terms of Service, incorporated by reference.
