Lessons come by email each morning. Check promotions and spam, then add the sending address from your welcome email to your contacts. Still missing? Tell us and we'll resend it.

How long is it mine?
Books and e-books are yours forever. Lessons delivered by email are yours to keep. Live sessions take place on their scheduled dates. The full terms are in the license, in plain language.

Shipping
Printed pieces are made to order. Please allow 2 to 5 business days to prepare, plus shipping time. Carrier timelines and busy seasons can add a little more.
Refunds
If something isn't right
Our return and refund policy explains what's covered and how to ask. If a printed item arrives damaged or misprinted, we'll make it right.
