Who is Forgiveness+ for?Open
If you're a high-achiever, a perfectionist, or a deep feeler, and you're ready to move from self-pressure to self-compassion without losing your edge, it's for you. Start Here helps you pick a first step.
How are the programs delivered?Open
By email. Each lesson is designed for 1% of your day, about 14 minutes, and there's nothing to log into. Your welcome email names the address the lessons come from; add it to your contacts that day so they land in your primary inbox.
When does a program start?Open
Showing Yourself Grace starts the day you enroll. Every other program opens in rotation, and the waitlist hears first.
What if I fall behind?Open
Nothing expires and nothing locks. Programs delivered by email are yours to keep. The next email is waiting whenever you come back to it.
I've never journaled or done breathwork. Can I still do this?Open
Yes. Every practice walks you through it from the first step, with no prior experience assumed. If you'd like to feel how that works first, try one of the free tools.
Sunday Sessions
What are the Sunday Sessions?Open
Seven consecutive Sunday evenings working through Showing Yourself Grace with a small group and me, capped at 15. They run when enough people are waiting, usually a few times a year.
Are they included?Open
They're included in the live cohort, $697. The self-paced program, $297, is the same 42 lessons without the Sunday evenings. If you start self-paced, you can upgrade to the next live cohort for the $400 difference.
How do I get a seat?Open
Buying the live cohort is what holds your seat. You're automatically enrolled in the next round of Sunday Sessions, and the seven dates arrive by email. Seats go in the order they're claimed, capped at 15, and self-paced students hear first when a new round opens.
What if the Sunday dates don't work for me?Open
Write to me and I'll move you to a later round of Sunday Sessions. Nothing else about your enrollment changes.
Books and shop
Can I buy the books on their own?Open
Yes. Books and journals are sold on their own, with nothing to join first.
How can I tell if I'm in a trauma bond?Open
Take Am I in a Trauma Bond?, a free, private check: twenty questions in four parts that help you see whether it's a trauma bond, and where it's anchored, whether you're still in it or it's over. It gives plain-language descriptions, never a score or a diagnosis, and nothing you check is saved or sent.

Do you ship internationally?Open
Yes, where our print partners ship. Books print through Lulu and the Notes Journal through Printify, so available regions and delivery times follow theirs. Help has the details on shipping.
Payments and policies
What can I pay with?Open
For programs and gifts: credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Afterpay, or Affirm. Apple Pay and Google Pay appear when your phone or browser has a card saved in its wallet. Klarna, Afterpay, and Affirm let you split the price into smaller payments. Books and journals check out through our print partners, Lulu and Printify, and each one shows its payment options at checkout.
Who processes my payment?Open
Program checkout runs on Flodesk, and Stripe processes the payment. Your card details go to Stripe, never to us. If you choose Klarna, Afterpay, or Affirm, that company approves the plan and collects the installments. Who handles what is listed in the Privacy Policy.
What's your refund policy?Open
Programs and other digital products can’t be refunded once you’ve accessed them, though if you're in the EU or UK you may have a 14-day right to cancel unless you agree at checkout to start right away. Printed books and journals are made to order, so they can’t be canceled or refunded once they're in production. If one arrives damaged or misprinted, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it free. The full terms are in the Return & Refund Policy.
Do you offer gift cards?Open
There's no store-wide gift card, but you can gift Showing Yourself Grace to someone: you choose the day, and that morning they get a gift card and your note by email.
Can my employer pay?Open
Yes. We'll send an invoice, a sample reimbursement letter, and group pricing. Use the contact form and choose the invoice option, or see For Organizations for group pricing.
Privacy and care
Why aren't you on social media?Open
Work that gets broadcast turns into one more thing to get right in front of an audience. Programs stay with the people enrolled in them. The longer answer is in Our social media stance.
Is this therapy?Open
No. Forgiveness+ offers structured programs for personal growth, not clinical treatment, and it's designed to work alongside professional care.
