The Trigger Tracker

Pause before the reaction decides for you.

When something someone says or does sets off your survival response, the reaction that follows can hurt you or someone else, whether you mean it to or not.

The Trigger Tracker App gives that moment somewhere to go. You pause, log what happened, reframe it, and reset, so what you do next comes from a steadier place.

Free to start. No credit card. Your entries are never viewed and never shared.

In the moment

01 Pause

Open the app instead of answering. That alone breaks the momentum.

02 Log

Mark where it landed in your body and what your body is doing. No typing needed if the words aren't there yet.

03 Reframe

Read a response written for what you just logged.

04 Reset

Take a two-minute reset matched to that moment.

Why it exists

Nobody thinks clearly while the alarm is sounding.

Your body raises the alarm before you know why. A tone of voice, a certain kind of silence, a message at the wrong hour, and your heart is racing before you've decided anything. That response kept you safe once. It still acts first.

What it does next is the problem. The sharp reply you can't take back. The shutdown that leaves someone guessing. The hours spent replaying it afterward. The harm runs both ways, to you and to the people around you, even when nobody meant it.

The app doesn't ask you to stop feeling it. It gives you a minute between the trigger and the reaction, which is where every other choice becomes possible.

How it works

A minute to log. Two minutes to reset.

Step 01

Something happens

Your chest tightens, or your stomach drops. You open the app.

Step 02

Mark where it landed

On a simple outline of a body, then name what it's doing: racing heart, shallow breath, clenched jaw.

Step 03

Reset right there

A two-minute reset matched to exactly that. It takes less time than making tea.

Step 04

See what builds

As entries add up, patterns surface on their own, drawn from your own entries rather than anyone's assumptions.

The Stress-Intelligence Dashboard

Your entries become a picture you can actually read.

Every log records what happened, where it landed, and how strong it was on a scale of 1 to 10. As entries add up, the dashboard shows the hot spots and how your responses change over time.

Intensity

Each moment rated 1 to 10, so you can see whether the spikes are getting smaller.

Stress gap

How far your current level sits from your calmer baseline.

Reset effectiveness

Which resets actually bring you back down, and how quickly.

History

Every entry in one place, yours to keep, export, or delete.

Start free and log your first entry. No credit card.

Yours to export

For your therapist

Bring the record with you

If you're in therapy, the report gives your sessions something concrete to work from, instead of whatever you remember under pressure.

Designed to be outgrown · a Forgiveness+ experience

The goal is needing it less.

Over time, the pauses get shorter and the resets come more naturally. That's the point. When you're ready for the deeper work behind the patterns, the programs are the next step.
