katchimedia, llc respects intellectual property rights and expects the same from everyone using Forgiveness+. We respond to notices of alleged infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

Send a written notice to our designated copyright agent at copyright@forgiveness.plus with the subject line "DMCA Notice," including: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; identification of the allegedly infringing material and where it sits on our Site; your contact information; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

If your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the same contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief that the removal was a mistake, and consent to the jurisdiction of the courts for your address, or the Northern District of Georgia if you are in the U.S.

Accounts belonging to repeat infringers are terminated.
