What you give us: name, email address, shipping and billing address, payment details (handled by our payment processor, and we never store full card numbers), purchase history, course responses, community posts, journal entries you choose to submit, and messages to support.

Collected automatically: device type, IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL, and interaction data collected through cookies and similar technologies.

From partners: our print-on-demand partners send fulfillment status for your orders, and our payment processor confirms transaction outcomes.

Sensitive content. Our programs invite emotional reflection, so anything you voluntarily submit may reveal sensitive information about your emotional life. We treat it with heightened care and never sell it. Submitting emotional content is always optional.

To provide the Services you purchase (contract performance, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)); to fulfill and ship orders; to send transactional messages such as order confirmations and lesson deliveries; to send marketing email only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)); to improve the Site and Services and to detect fraud (legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f)); and to comply with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functions, analytics, and, where you consent, marketing. Details and how to withdraw consent are in our Cookie Policy.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers under contract who help us operate, including website hosting, payment processing, print-on-demand fulfillment, email delivery, and analytics, each bound to process data only on our instructions; with professional advisers where required for legal compliance; and with authorities where compelled by law.

International transfers outside the UK, EU, Canada, and Australia are made using appropriate safeguards, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable. Our processor list is available on request from privacy@forgiveness.plus.

Each is bound by contract to process your information only on our instructions.

Order and accounting records: seven years, for tax law. Account and course access data: for the duration of your access plus 24 months. Marketing data: until you unsubscribe, plus a suppression record that honors your opt-out. Community content: while your account is active, then deleted or anonymized within 90 days of closure, subject to backup limitations.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, port it in a machine-readable format, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Email privacy@forgiveness.plus to exercise any right. We respond within 30 days, never charge for it, and never discriminate against you for asking.

Under the CCPA, California residents can ask what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of any sale. We do not sell personal information as that law defines it, and we will not retaliate for exercising these rights.

The Site is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact privacy@forgiveness.plus and we will delete it.

We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest where our platforms support it, access controls, and reputable third-party processors. No method of transmission over the Internet is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If a breach of your personal information occurs that requires notification, we notify affected individuals and regulators within the timeframes the law requires, including within 72 hours where GDPR applies.

We post updates here with a revised date and notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
